Hi, my name is Lindsey Schwarz and I am proud to be one of the 4th and 5th grade math/science teachers. This is my fifth year teaching and third year at Teller. I have two degrees in education from Michigan State University and University of Northern Colorado- teaching and learning is a passion for me! Being a Colorado native, I am happiest when outside in our beautiful state! In my free time you can find me camping, hiking, skiing, and cheering on sports teams (Go Avs!).

I believe that everyone is a learner, especially myself- which is why every year I learn/try something new. This year I tried ice climbing! With that being said, I know what it is like to be new to something and not get it right away. I take this perspective with me into teaching as I foster a “mistakes welcomed” learning environment, for all of us! I am thrilled for another great year together!
