I spent my childhood in Montbello and attended DPS schools in the 1970’s. My undergraduate degree is in Public Service from Albion College in Michigan. Before getting my MAEd I was a healthcare educator/counselor at an urban women’s clinic. This is the start of my 17th year of teaching. I taught a Kindergarten and 1st Grade loop in Estes Park and came to Denver five years ago. My favorite ways to spend my time are with my friends and family, walking, hiking, skiing, cooking for loved ones and watching sports, especially our Colorado Avalanche!
