Teller Elementary is proud to partner with DUG and Slow Food USA to offer a Youth Farm Stand. All produce is sourced from local farms and is sold at a wholesale cost to schools. Teller’s 4th and 5th graders run the farm stand from choosing the produce, to determining pricing, and handling money! The produce and pricing for each week is determined by each group of students and changes weekly based on availability. Students put their mental math and customer service skills to work by running the stand. All proceeds benefit the Teller Garden Program!
The Teller’s Farmers Market is on the following Thursdays from 3:00 – 3:30 under the Gazebo on the Teller Playground! It is cash only! Please bring your own bags!
