School Performance Framework Community Information Session

Posted 10/11/2017

Just as teachers monitor student progress in their classrooms, DPS relies on regular progress monitoring to determine how well schools are performing and how to help them reach their potential. The School Performance Framework (SPF) is one tool DPS uses to do this.

What is the School Performance Framework? The SPF is like a report card for your school, rating how well the school supports student growth and achievement and how well it serves students and families. It helps a school focus on its strengths and areas where improvement is needed.

On Thursday, October 12th Sabrina and Abe are hosting two identical SPF information sessions on Teller’s SPF from 2016-2017.

8:15am – 9:00am Session 1
5:30pm – 6:30pm Session 2
**Childcare will be provided for the evening session as we value all stakeholders in attendance.**

October 12th is the first day that this information will be released to the public from the district. Mike Johnson, Denver Public School’s board member and Grant Guyer, the district SPF data partner will be in attendance. Please join us for this presentation!
