TELLER SCIENCE FAIR
The Teller Science Fair will be held in school on January 13th, 14th and 15th. A schedule with a specific date and time for each grade level will be posted in December. Science fair projects should adhere to the DPS science fair rules and regulations. These are available in the attached information packet and at the DPS science fair page at the link below.
Who is participating? Below are the participation requirements for each grade level:
How can I help my student with science fair project? Each group will receive this helpful Science Fair Guide that touches on each aspect of a successful science fair project. Project ideas, websites for research and additional resources can be found on the Helpful Science Fair Websites document.
What are the rules for the science fair? Rules may be adjusted for each grade level, depending on teacher discretion. The requirements for the DPS Science fair board can be found on DPS Science Fair Page.
How will projects be judged?: Teachers in grades K-3 will judge their grades’ science fair projects. Projects from students in the 4th and 5th grade will be judged by students from East High School.
Is there a district science fair? Yes! Up to 2 projects per grade level can enter in the DPS Science Fair. The top two projects from each grade level will have the option to attend the DPS Science Fair at the University of Denver Gates Center on Saturday, January 30th.
